When are City Council Meetings Held?
Council Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month starting at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 521 W. Cedar Street, phone number 307-328-4500. Special Meetings are advertised in the (local paper) Rawlins Daily Times at 307-324-3411. To get on the Agenda for Council Meetings call the City Clerk at 307-328-4500x1005. All Agenda requests must be turned in by 12:00 noon the Wednesday before the scheduled meeting.

How can I get an item in front of City Council?
A member of the public may request an item be placed on a future agenda while addressing the City Council during a regular meeting and/or by submitting the request in writing to the City Council through the City Clerk's Office: P.O. Box 953,
